How to Upgrade Firmware:
- Copy the Required Firmware/software in FAT32 USB Disk
- Plugin the U disk into the Mainboard USB port of LCD/LED TV
- Switch ON the power and Wait even IR indicator led stops flashing
- Done. Unplug the Udisk (It will take a max 1 min to upgrade firmware)

check your panel resolution first and then download it. Its normally 1366×768 for 32-inch panel and in some cases 32-inch panel is also 1920×1080
