Can we hard reset wisdom share without installing firmware. As I installed some app from aptoid and it went to standby. Now when I turn it on it passes the wisdom share then says android is upgrading app 1 of 1. Then goes to standby. I don’t know what’s the problem. Plz advise
yes you can try same as android phone
But tv doesn’t on goes to standby automatically after wisdom share logo

sir we have a 49 inch wisdom smart cloud led tv in our mosque. and its board is tp.ms358.pc821. it has 2 gb ram and 32 gb rom plz provide me its software. i have installed the software available here but led become very slow.

actually i want to install a pdf reader app in my led.but when i install any app on it, led gets power off and when i power on it again led shows a message of android is upgrading and after few seconds it power off again. that is why i want to upgrade android.. can i install the pakistani link android in my led??

HELLO sir:- i have ultra slim 55′ 4K china wisdom.share coronet Andriod smart tv.inside the board there TP.MS358.PC821 tage. unfortunatly the tv starting with Andriod upgrading and application optimazing 1 to …. something then waiting second and go off to standby without finishing starting.now the tv couldn’t start finished the problem is persist.i try to hard reset but itis not possible to hard reset and also i try to software reset with master recovery software but couldn’t reset.and finally i try to installe the software which is i found on your site TP.MS358.PC821 but it is not working.please help me how to solve this probem.

the firm ware that try to install is TP.MS358.PC821_1920x1080_512MB_4G_ELITE.i downloaded all software part and i extracted one of the part and copy to USB filash and i inserted the filash into the tv usb port and i plug the tv power and started the tv.the tv started the same as the previous problem not starting to installed the softaware.
dear, board specifications may be different. Ram/Rom may be differ. The reference number may differ so rename the refxx to sos. remote and logo may change by loading this firmware
By Mistake i have done some changes in hide menu of my lcd now screen is black what should i do
