TP.MS338.PC821 is an Android network driver board with an FHD resolution of 1920×1080. TP.MS338_PC821 has a powerful wifi system. Smart FHD TV With Android Platform and great features to entertain Full HD Wide Screen with better-to-work SMART. TP.MS338 PC821 Smart Board has multiple ports A/V, USB interface Ports, and many HDMI ports as well in addition to VGA, Card reader, and Earphones. TP.MS338-PC821 has a LAN/RJ45 Connector interface port also for the wired internet network.
TP_MS338_PC821 is a Combo Network Triple play board that has a Digital TV tuner built-in in it. The Graphics and Sound quality of the TP.MS338-PC821 android board is very good and the Response rate is very efficient. TP.MS338-PC821 China smart network board can support up to 55″ screen panels. TP.MS338.PC821 firmware is available for technician support.

How to Download:
Download all parts of the following given firmware/software and then extract any one of them you will get the folder. Now copy the files to USB. For more Details about the download process watch the video Click Here
How to Install:
- Copy the .bin file into the USB disk
- Connect the U-Disk to TV
- Switch on the TV
- Standby lights start flashing. when the light flashing speed increases it means it is complete.
- Switch OFF, Remove the Disk, and Switch ON again. Done

When I play 1080p video on youtube it shows only upto 720p.
It is not showing FHD 1080p

Dear no need to upgrade. this software is the final version. check-in browser instead of app. and also check your internet speed. and manually set the video to 1080p then check the result. I have same board in my personal tv at home that is working fine.

My first board got stuck on wisdom share tried you way with USB software i did not manage to re-install software so i Replaced same board “new” from Ali Express which came with Yun Os which is android in Chinese and cant be changed to English so i want to install the Wisdom share which has the option of changing the language to English

hello, my name is Alex, have an issue, my tv is rca model rc49j16n-sm with a board tp.ms338.pc821, turn off right after trying to load smart cloud, any flash available for this tv? i downloaded the samsung version on this page but does it only extract one file rar at a time, and when trying to unrar the rest of the file on same folder first rar was extracted, tells me that files already exist, if i like to over write?…. thanks for any input
download all parts then extract any one of them you will get the folder. now copy all files in the folder to U-Disk and connect with tv and power on it will automatically upload. remote will change Samsung remote will work with this. software is 100% tested

you can install anyone of them according to screen resolution. only the issue will be original remote that will not match. so use universal remote

software has been already downloaded (TP.MS338.PC821 samsung 1920 x 1080 rar.)) and selected three bin file for uploading but its not access.
So how can we reload our software

i uploaded software TP.MS338.PC821 Ikon 4G and upgraged 100 % sucessfully after power off and remove pendrive the TV not started again and blank display shown

all software are working and tested. recovery method is also shared. if you still have an issue, it means something wrong with the motherboard or with your procedure/usb disk

Chinese boards are not updateable. try another with USB boot otherwise load emmc backup with jtag

hello my friend kazmie i extracted for nikai tp.ms338.pc821 it shows two files 1( emmc_auto_isp_1433) 2(emmc_auto_isp_1501) first file has 5 files (.bin.boot1- .bin.boot2-.bin.ext_csd-.bin.rpmb-and same name of the file) second file has one file with the same name ( emmc_auto_isp_1501)
which one should i put on flash ….. plz help

Hi, I found my file extension problem and it is resolved, I have all the files for my Nikai NTV5000SLED3L with mother board TP MS338 PC821.
My TV is suffering the the problem of restarting and not progressing beyond the wisdom start-up screen, switching itself off and restarting and repeating this continually.
I note there are two folders containing files for 1433 and1501.
I was and remain unsure if this was provided to select one or both sets of files to load into the USB drive?
I originally selected the 5 files from the EMMC_AUTO_ISP_1433 (I note there are two Boot files) and loaded only them and tried the fix with not success.
I then selected the 1 file from the EMMC_AUTO_ISP_1501, loaded and tried the fix again with no success.
I then selected all the files from both folders loaded to the USB and tried again without success.
All USB drives were formatted to FAT32 and I used three different USB drives two old and one new, all working on different devices and all type USB2 none of which helped.
When I insert the USB drive then switch on the TV, the USB drive LED flickers when the TV standby LED starts as red, then the USB drive LED flickers again with the Nikai home screen showing.
The LED on the USB drive stops, that process has been the same with every attempt.
I have tried all suggested methods of starting the process with holding the TV standby, Vol+/Vol- buttons before switching power on, with no success.
Hopefully from my description you will see if I have made a silly mistake and can advise where I am going wrong.
I did think I might need to burnt or unpack the files to the USB but your instructions do not advise that, just copy to the USB drive.
I must say I enjoy learning about these things and do not consider it a waste of time but was hoping for a little more success, any advice to a solution would be very much appreciated.

I have watched the video a number of times and I am not sure which bin file in the NIKAI TP MS388 PC821 set to used for renaming the mstar bin file, there are two folders in the collection and neither has any text files. None of the files are identified as allupgrade, do I need to create one?
Is there another video I need to watch to create an allupgrade file?

Again thanks for the quick reply, I transferred the MstarUpgrade.bin file to the USB pen drive (3 different USB’s in fact all FAT32 formatted) the TV continued to start up as before, nikai then wisdom cloud repeatedly.
I also tried all the different methods of starting the TV (holding standby, Vol+/Vol- and the different alternatives before switching on) and tried USB pen drives (pen drives LED’s flicker then stop) in both available USB ports with no success.
Any more ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response, I originally considered this option and phoned around for quotes, unfortunately the least was 1/2 the price of the tv just to look and not counting anything else they’d find they suggest needed fixing. So uneconomical, you were my last hope I would not have to replace it, apparently I’d be better just replacing it as at least I’d have a guarantee.
