sir mera jo tv hai woh full hd bola gaya hai uspe full hd videos bhi play hoti hai aur agar me uske saath pc connect karta hu to bhi 1920x1080p show karta hai par kal maine usme ek ap dali device info ki us se jab searc kara to mere screen ke pixel 1280×720 show hue. iska matlab ke mere screen full hd nahi balki HD hai, kya mai true Full HD screen khareed sakta hu , agar haa, to kaha se khreed sakta hu?

Sir, my board(TP.MS338.PB802) is ok. but, the remote does not match with any remote which I have already available. Tosiba remote matched but only power botton(stand by) thats all. So, I want to upgrade firmware to
samsung IR remote. I used to upgrade this firmware but the board does take any loading.
So, sir kindly give me an any solution for this resion.

Sir, why this board (TP.MS338.PB802 or PB801) on Home Screen at first time. Then we have to change it to the AV mode or HDMI mode. Every time when I power on the tv we have to change Source setting. It is not an Memory mode. I have already uploaded the firmware. So, Sir is there any solution Please.

i tried ref75 it works well but internet seems slow to respond ( i’v changed ref75 to sos )
the issue is that i have a tp.ms338.pb802 bored and before i installed the new software of ref75 a software for tp.ms338.pb801 board was installed with ref85 so it was not the right bored and also not the right ref. no. all was wrong ! so i couldnt know the right ref no from service menu
any other ways?

reset to factory default. watch the video for a better understanding. And if not work after a hard reset then it means an android chip issue. replace the chip/board.
