My card no. is TP ATM.30 PB801, I have downloaded the software and saved firmware file in pen drive. After that pendrive was inserted in usb port and power cord of led tv plugged in but nothing happened.
I also tried by keep pressing power button and then power cord plugged but still nothing happend.
I saved only one firmware file in pendrive but I got lot of files when I extracted the ZIP file. Please let me know how many files I have to copy in pen drive.
Please let me know if there is any other process to install firmware.
the procedure is same as you applied. it will autoboot.. but you do not tell me why you want to load. have you verified the mainboard installed in your tv?? this software is not for update purpose
Thanks for your reply sir. My Led TV screen is stuck on boot logo. I have to reinstall the firmware (operating system) again. I have tried both methode but TV is taking the firmware.
first, try to hard reset. otherwise, load software. change USB disk it must be FAT32

Now I am facing problem while using Hotstar.apk.
As it is not working. The version of Hotstar in Appstore is something like 4.3.1 and current version in playstore is 12.something. then I downloaded hotstar through my mobile and installed it on TV through Pendrive. It got installed but when I am trying to open it it is showing me the app should be installed through its own app store…. please help

I have a tp.atm30.pb801 board 32″ samsung smart china L.E.D
But the problem is when i tune channels all the channels tuned perfectly but all the channels are with mono audio. When you press ok button from which LED show channel number in little box on upper left with BG + MONO is mentioned i have checked all the menu and options but no luck finding option of changing audio from MONO to Stereo.
can not change. all Chinese boards have the mono option
