TP.MS358.PB801 is a high-speed network driver board with an FHD resolution of 1920×1080. It is dedicated to 32″ to 46″ screens. TP_MS358_PB801 has a powerful wifi system. Smart FHD TV features With Android Platform and great features to entertain Full HD Wide Screen with better to work SMART. TP-MS358-PB801 Smart Board has multiple ports of A/V, USB interface Ports, and many HDMI ports as well in addition to VGA and Headphone also. TP MS358 PB801 has a LAN/RJ45 Connector interface port also for the wired/cable internet network.
TP.MS358.PB801 is a Combo high-speed Network Triple play motherboard that has the ATV, Backlight Driver Board, and Power Supply Module built-in in it. Note: Following given firmware is USB upgradeable. Download all parts of the required resolution and then extract/unzip anyone of them you will get the folder. If you are not a technician or do not have any knowledge of loading or installing firmware files then you should visit your nearest professional technician to get it repaired and to avoid any hypertention.
This board is with 512 MB RAM and 4GB ROM Tuner R842. Mostly observed that the fault in this board is that it hangs on the logo. First, you should confirm before loading software If the board hangs on the logo for more than 10 seconds, then the issue seems to be a software problem and if the board is reset immediately after showing the logo, then it is a hardware problem, not a software problem. If you are sure that this is a hardware problem, then check the resistance arrays which are mounted on the motherboard along with its EMMC chip as shown in the below picture.
Software Installation Instructions:
Keep in mind that this board has two different types of software versions. One is A10 and the second is A20. There is a big difference between both versions A10 and A20 and can not replace each other. If you are trying to load A10 firmware in the A20 version Board then USB will not boot and the standby light may continuously blink if you are trying to load the A20 version ina10 version board then also the same condition or maybe update progress stops at 1 %. So, be careful while loading firmware. If you are facing any issue during firmware installation then visit and read here first.
