How to Update:

1. Put the mboot.bin + MstarUpgrade.bin files into USB Disk
2. Plugin the USB Disk into USB Interface Port of Main TV Card
3. Press Volume+ button When power on the TV
4. Wait for the LED light Flashing
5. If the LED light starts flashing, it means TV is entered in Upgrade Mode and Upgrade screen will appear
6. Within in 2 minutes, the process will be done and tv will go to standby mode.

This board is with 512 MB RAM and 4GB ROM Tuner R842. Mostly observed that the fault in this board is that it hangs on the logo. First, you should confirm before loading software If the board hangs on the logo for more than 10 seconds, then the issue seems to be a software problem and if the board is reset immediately after showing the logo, then it is a hardware problem, not a software problem. If you are sure that this is a hardware problem, then check the resistance arrays which are mounted on the motherboard along with its EMMC chip as shown in the below picture.

Software Installation Instructions:

Keep in mind that this board has two different types of software versions. One is A10 and the second is A20. There is a big difference between both versions A10 and A20 and can not replace each other. If you are trying to load A10 firmware in the A20 version Board then USB will not boot and the standby light may continuously blink if you are trying to load the A20 version ina10 version board then also the same condition or maybe update progress stops at 1 %.
