Note: This box came in two different versions. one is serial 15 and the other is serial 16. box have the same software to update but the difference is when it came to death due to wrong software or any malfunction then we need to load backup dump that is different for each 15 serial and 16 serial. The serial number is pasted on the bottom side of the receiver box. So, first, check before loading the dump file.

AoA, Today I upgraded my SR-2000HD Hyper from version 2.03 to 2.59 through USB. But after the upgrade cline is not working at all. It was 100% OK before but now no current server is connected BUT it shows some old, expired servers as connected at random, sometime 1 and sometime 2, but no channels show/work! What is the solution? Can I downgrade to 2.03 or 2.05 without any further problem? My receiver is of 14 serial. Thanks for uploading very informative videos. Regards.

AoA, I downgraded Hyper HD2000 from 2.59 to 2.32. It completed successfully and receiver restarted as usual BUT then it went into a restart loop. Start and restart…..Startsat logo appears, USB drive/device identified and it restarts again. What’s the solution? Kindly help. Thanks.
w.salam dear software issue. check serial number if 15 or earlier then load dump with rs232 and if 16 or later then load dump with programmer

I have Starsat 2000 hyper and it is blinking constantly when trying to press any button from remote, please can you guide me how to resolve this issue. Either its software or Hardware issue.
remove the battery from the remote control and check again, otherwise maybe power supply issue

Unfortuntately isuue still persists after replacing remote cells.
Let me elaborate it further,
Receiver on and showing channels on led but when trying to press any button from receiver remote then led screen start blinking.
I already spent 800 on this and as per repairing person it will be ok after using it few days but situation still same.

I’ve upgraded my receiver’s firmware to the last version which is 2.65, but I’ve noticed that in this version the Menu is changed. For example, I can’t see the move button anymore, actually you can’t edit the channels and move them in your favorite lists up and down! I found that this problem has been created since 2.59 Firmware, so I turn it back to the 2.58.
