Dear team i have this model (39PFL6570/V7 A18 / 2016) but not able to get latest updates and i m not able to update my play store apps is showing error please update TV software my tv is 4 years back (2016 model) please suggest, i have downloaded some files from your website but not able to extract please give me proper solution
