I have Videocon vmm55qh0zsa 55 /4k uhd android led with msd6a918 mainboard.
i am getting popup error continously as “unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped” and i am not able to do anything. if I go in settings to reset device tv gets restart.
how to hard reset or reinstall its firmware/software.
menu 8202 is also not working
please tell me hot to boot from pendrive to update firmware which keys should i press for hard reset

Thanks Sir, I have Noble 42 inch 4K tv and this tv is using MSD6A918-T8E motherboard. It was working fine but HDMI was started giving reverse current and all ports of HDMI stopped working. I thought to try other ports like VHF but before that, some error popped up which I was not able to read and TV stopped working, even light in power button itself not coming. There is no support available currently for my TV. Can you please help?
