KING STAR KS-8800 Receiver Version Upgrade:
Please be aware that the version installed on this board is the most recent version required to function effectively with the receiver. Updates are typically released by the manufacturer to address bugs in the previous version or to incorporate new features and applications for improved user experience and seamless receiver operation. Thus, always remember to store the channel and TP backups first. While the latest software version is being updated, keep the receiver attached to the UPS. When updating, always adhere to the provided guidelines to prevent any problems:
- Select the relevant version of the corresponding software upgrade first.
- Link the STB box or receiver to an uninterrupted power source.
- To use the flash file later, if needed, save the backup first.
- Preserve the personalized channel.
Note:
Below given the KING STAR KS-8800 receiver software is a backup dump file and can be loaded with a Programming tool or with a Loader tool in the dead receiver or can be upgraded SPI Flsh Memory or downgraded to the older version in the normally working satellite receiver with the USB Upgrade procedure or by the RS232 Upgrade Tool.
