HK.T.RT2938P639 is a smart android Intelligent Network LCD/LED TV Board with an integrated digital converter. It is suitable for the LVDS interface and supports more than 32-65 inches LED panels, with a maximum resolution of up to 1920*1080. HK_T_RT2938P639 is a three-in-one (combo) board i.e power card, backlight driver module, and ATV board builtin in it.
HK-T-RT2938P639 has multiple input interface ports like USB, HDMI, AV, VGA port, and LAN ports for wired internet connectivity. It is also built in a Wireless interface. HK T RT2938 P639 came with different brand LED TVs. Its USB interface can be used for loading software as well as for playing multimedia files. HK.T.RT2938P639 support for ATV and DTV. How is the update method?
load by USB boot. keep pressing the power button it will boot
when i update the file using USB the TV turns off, then the screen goes black and there is a little dim light. The red standby light keeps blinking, the TV hangs and doesn’t continue.

software not match
I have selected the correct file for the TV but still cannot update the software. Sometimes, the TV shows an update message but then shows a bootloader error. Please guide me step by step so I can operate correctly
change usb disk and try again
I have tried 3 different USBs, including 1 usb 3.0. Previously, I copied the install_rtd2938.img file to a USB 2.0 type and updated it from the menu+1147 of the TV, after running the update for a while, the TV turned off and the screen only dimmed, the display light blinked continuously and lasted as long as so endless. Please guide me step by step to fix this error and solutions.

I think I have set the wrong screen resolution, now the TV is not displaying properly, the red light is blinking continuously. I tried resetting the correct resolution but the TV is not responding, is there any way to fix it
try some other with usb boot otherwise jtag emmc to write backup
