How to Load Software:

  1. Transfer the required resolution file into USB Disk
  2. Plugin the USB Disk into Main Board
  3. Keep Pressing the Standby/Power button and Power on the board
  4. Wait until the led light starts flashing
  5. Note: USB file must be the name of “CtvUpgrade.bin”

    good day, I would need your help, I have a star led 32dm6500 led with digital cv338h-t42, after a software update the TV did not want to start from stby, no longer boots from the usb regardless of the software version the method I tried, so I would need the nand bin to return it to usb boot or startup as a programmer I have rt809h but I do not have the bin needed for recovery,
    ps. if necessary, make a small payment to your account for this bin

    Merey Pass 55 inch TV hai jis main Panel Hai HV550QUB-N5K panel 4k supported hai 3840×2160
    or board laga huwa hai CV338H-A50 ( jaisey ke app ne upper CV338H-A50 3840×2160 ke Firmware Software Download links provide kiye hain ) kiya yeh board supported hai 3840×2160 mere pass Factory Menu main tenon settings select kerney ke options hain 1. 1366×768 ” its working ” 2. 1920×1080 ” its working ” mager jub main 3. 3840×2160 select kerta hoon to lcd ka display off hojata hai. abhi tak main ne 3840×2160 ka firmware install nahin kiya hai yeh to hai sir current whole situation merey tv ke mera sawal yeh hai ke kiya main 3840×2160 ka software upload/install/flash kerdon ? I hope is ke baad 3840×2160 will be working please suggest jazakallah

        Tnx for the fast response. The pakistani version worked on my tv with a small problem. Now my General full hd tv works with samsung remote. I download the v59 file and transferred it to a usb flash and connected it to tv but it couldn’t be recognized. Can u give me some pointers on how to solve this problem?

    aoa kazmi sab ,I have a CV338H-A50_ V500HJ1-PE8 and I have download software CV338H-A50_ V500HJ1-PE8 and when install on LED Rainbow bar appeared on the top side of LED and Stop on WELCOME and remote also not working, Although I check Resulation 1920 *1080 of this pannel,but software not run from welcome and LED button and remote not working. So please help me .If u don,t mind please give contact no

    Keeps writing unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped and when I press ok it returns directly so I can’t enter and fix the settings, what can I do?

      check the file size of each part that should be the same except the last one. try again to download again. if you face any issue then comment me I will upload that part again
