Sir unable to download the part due to site not reached error

I placed all the files in pendrive and placed it on tv. power light is blinking and nothing coming in the display.
Waited for 30mins, nothing comes up in the display.
And Videocon logo coming and TV going off. Any suggestions or step to processes this firmware correctly.

Can I change the updated Universal Mother Borad by removing this type of mother? If the mother borad is changed, then there will be no problem later, will it? The old mother board is telling of Android 4.4.
